Visitor Centre 'De Lambiek' is open to individual visitors as well as group visitors.
An individual ticket includes access to the exhibition area, an exclusive video presentation about the brewing process and a free lambic beer sample to top off the visit. In the exhibition area you discover how lambic is brewed and which ingredients are used in the process. Furthermore, the history of lambic beer is outlined in detail. The eleven traditional lambic breweries and geuze blenderies that are members of HORAL - the Dutch acronym for the High Council for Artisanal Lambic Beers - are each presented in their own display. You can enjoy sampling the various types of Oude Geuze, Oude Kriek and other regional beers in our cosy tasting room.
With its adapted toilets, adapted tables and barrier-free entrance, the Visitor Centre is fully accessible to persons with disabilities. In this respect, the Visitor Centre was awarded an A+ accessibility label in 2015.
The Visitor Centre also offers family packages. These family packages are offered free of charge upon payment the regular entrance fees.
